Founding story
Before Scanware existed, its founders were already doing the work — flying roofs and warehouses, building 3D models, learning firsthand what insurance carriers and property teams actually needed to see.
Scanware formed when that field experience needed a real business behind it: joining the team together to handle the relationships, the brand, and the systems that let this scale past independent jobs.

MEET THE TEAM
FLIGHT OPERATIONS
Josh runs flight operations for Scanware, from mission planning through field capture. He also leads the team's interior digitization work — 3D walkthroughs and floor-plan scanning — so a property can be documented inside and out, not just from the air.
TECHNOLOGY LEAD
Matus is Scanware's tech guru: leading all the 3D modeling and thermal processing work. He's flown roofs and large commercial sites across the country and turns raw capture into the models and thermal imagery clients actually use.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Jorge built his career inside the insurance industry, working alongside underwriting, loss control, and commercial insurance teams. He leads Scanware's day-to-day operations and its relationships with the carriers, brokers, and contractors the company works with.
DATA AND MARKETING LEAD
Chris is a B2B data analyst by trade, bringing that same data-driven approach to Scanware, leading brand, positioning, and product — from the website and messaging to the roadmap that guides what gets built next.
